welcome you to our family. My name is Jennifer McDonnell and I am the broker/owner.
I started real estate after realizing that my corporate job where I was behind closed walls every day wasn’t making me happy and soon I realized I needed face to face interaction. I then took the scariest leap of faith and quit my job and delved straight into real estate. This was the greatest gift I could have given myself and my daughter.
In 2020 I decided I wanted to give others what my mentors did for me so I open REA for those who wanted the one on one teaching and support that they deserved to become a successful Realtor. While I work hard daily I also love to play harder! In my off time you will typically find me with family and friends camping or enjoying our time on Rainbow River with a little rest and relaxation. We look forward to hearing from you and look forward to the relationship we will build between our family and yours.

Hello! My name is Amy Allen and I was born and raised in Tampa. I’ve spent most of my life in the Tampa Bay area and have lots of family here. All of my professional career has been in the accounting field. I have helped other companies achieve their goals, and I also owned my own business, which was sold to a publicly held company in 2016. I love spending time with my family and my best friend Pepper.

Hi! My name is Pepper and I’m 5 years old. My official name is “Pepperoni N’ Cheese”, which was given to me by my favorite cousin Merritt, but everyone calls me Pepper. My mom and I rescued each other in 2018 and have been best friends ever since. We are lucky to be able to work and play together and I enjoy meeting all of the new people at our new office, especially the kids! Please come to see me and don’t forget to brings the kids, I already have the treats on the counter!

I am a born and raised Floridian. Graduated from Tarpon Springs High, Go Spongers! Went on to the University of South Florida graduating with a BA in Communications, Go Bulls! I am married to an amazing man, we are celebrating 5 years of marriage this year. We have 2 wonderful boys that keep us very busy. I started my career life in the restaurant and hospitality business. I have done everything from restaurant management to wedding planning. The mortgage industry is very much like the hospitality industry in the sense that I get to help people make their “home owning” dreams become a reality. In my free time I love to practice Yoga, go fishing, spend the day on the boat or at the beach, go four-wheeling and spend time with family and friends.

Hello current and future Floridians! My name is Brenda Smith and I am excited to be back to my roots in Florida! I attended Poinciana High School in central Florida and then continued to live all over the United States, including Arizona, California, Utah, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia! I most recently relocated to Florida from the Northern Virginia area where I have been a licensed real estate agent for several years servicing many wonderful families and individuals with the sale and purchase of their homes. I have had the pleasure of helping families relocate from overseas while stationed for the military and state department. I have been their eyes, ears and nose on the ground offering virtual tours of homes and neighborhoods to make sure they felt comfortable with one of their largest purchases.
